Riding Sessions: Teaches horsemanship, responsibility, and discipline, improving physical coordination and fitness. 3. Groundwork Activities: Involves non-riding tasks like grooming and leading horses, enhancing empathy, patience, and teamwork. 4. Skill-Building Workshops: Develops communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills through equine activities. 5. Mindfulness and Relaxation: Uses the calming presence of horses for mindfulness exercises and stress management. 6. Recreational Activities: Provides fun activities like trail rides to promote social interaction and achievement. 7. Educational Components: Offers sessions on horse care, biology, and the environment, fostering responsibility and knowledge. 8. Family Involvement: Encourages family participation through therapy sessions or family days to strengthen bonds and support systems. Horsemanship programs run year round Individual and Group Animal/Equine Assisted Therapy programs available.
