All the Emotions
Caring Connection Marriage and Family Therapy, Inc.
Provider description
All the Emotions is a science-backed emotional education curriculum designed to equip children with the knowledge, language, and strategies needed to understand, express, and regulate their emotions. Developed by a licensed therapist and parent, the program responds to the growing demand for accessible, research-informed emotional learning during the critical years of childhood development. All the Emotions is a CASEL-aligned program that teaches principles from neuroscience, developmental psychology, and cognitive behavioral science to give students a foundational understanding of how emotions work—both in the brain and body. Children don’t just learn how to "be kind" or "stay calm"; they explore why emotions arise, how they affect behavior, and what tools science says actually help. Our curriculum is currently offered in three developmentally tailored learning tracks (ages 4–7, 8–11, and 12+) with a flagship 24-lesson video course supported by printable handouts, extension activities, and guided reflection tools. Lessons are ideal for both classroom use and individual learning.
