Powell 2 Empower helps students find their voice, build confidence, and communicate with clarity and purpose. Founded by Jacqueline Powell, motivational speaker, leadership coach, and Toastmasters member, her mission is to empower young minds to rise with courage — both on stage and in life. P2E offers private and small group coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students, tailored to each child’s confidence level and goals. These programs focus on: Public Speaking Skills: speech writing, body language, vocal variety, and stage presence Debate & Persuasive Communication: developing critical thinking, respectful listening, and the art of expressing opinions with confidence Leadership & Self-Esteem Building: fostering emotional intelligence, teamwork, and personal growth Through interactive lessons, creative exercises, and encouraging feedback, students learn how to speak with poise, think on their feet, and inspire others — skills that last a lifetime.
