Adaptive-Fit – Physical Education & Adaptive Fitness Services Adaptive-Fit provides individualized, in-person physical education and adaptive fitness services for children and adolescents with unique abilities across Florida. Services are designed to support students with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, neurodivergence, sensory processing differences, and mobility or coordination challenges. Programs focus on building strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional movement skills through safe, engaging, and science-based physical activity. Instruction emphasizes motor skill development, injury prevention, confidence building, and lifelong movement habits, while adapting to each student’s communication style, learning needs, and physical abilities. Adaptive-Fit offers private and small-group fitness instruction, movement-based physical education, and functional fitness training that aligns with whole-child development. Sessions are delivered in community-integrated settings, home gyms, apartment fitness spaces, or approved facilities within the state of Florida. Adaptive-Fit is committed to inclusive movement, health equity, and empowering students to thrive through physical activity.
