Our homeschool physical education classes provides children with a fun, structured environment to stay active, build confidence, and develop lifelong healthy habits. Led by certified instructors at our D1 East Jax facility, students participate in age-appropriate activities that improve coordination, strength, flexibility, teamwork, and overall fitness. Classes combine exercise, games, movement skills, and wellness education in a positive and supportive atmosphere designed to keep kids engaged while meeting physical education goals for homeschool families. Homeschool classes are held Monday/Wednesday/Friday or students are able to join and attend our age-specific group training classes held Monday-Saturday.
