Shaka Soul Surfers

Shaka Soul Surfers is a volunteer-based nonprofit providing adaptive surf instruction for children and adults with special needs, including individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, sensory processing differences, and physical challenges. We create a safe, inclusive environment where participants build confidence, independence, and social skills through supportive, individualized surf experiences. Trained volunteers and CPR-certified staff ensure safety, and scholarships are available for families in need. Our mission is simple: the ocean is for everyone, and every individual deserves the opportunity to experience its joy and empowerment.
