Hi! Im Ziva, a certified personal trainer! Trainer specializing in Youth Fitness and Homeschool PE. (PEP scholarship) (FES-UA scholarship) I help kids-homeschooled or not-build strong habits through fun, effective physical activity and movement. My goal is to make fitness enjoyable and accessible for every child, no matter their environment or skill level. Whether you're a homeschooling parent looking for structured PE sessions or a family seeking more movement and confidence for your child, I'm here to support you with age appropriate workouts, and games to keep kids active, healthy, and motivated .
