Led by Courtney Fletcher, a certified Florida teacher with over 27 years of experience teaching children gymnastics, yoga, and meditation, and an internationally trained yoga educator. InnerSea offers private and group instruction, weekday enrichment programs, and summer intensives in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and mantra. As a Yoga Alliance–registered school, InnerSea uniquely enables motivated high school students to earn an internationally recognized Yoga Teacher Training certification, offering a legitimate career credential and professional pathway prior to graduation.
