Food Lab for Kids: Cook Like a Scientist, Eat Like a Champion Led by Dr. Vibha Choudhary (PharmD, CDCES), this program bridges the gap between the kitchen and the science classroom. We teach students (Ages 10years and up) the critical life skills to select, prepare, and enjoy nutrient-dense foods. This is not just a cooking class; it is an edible science lab. Services & Curriculum: A 4-class "Food is Medicine" series combining nutrition science with hands-on cooking. Topics: Knife safety, label reading, microbiome health, food affects mood, and global cooking techniques. Format: In-person, small-group instruction (Max 15 students) ensures individualized attention and safety. Cost: $199 for the entire 4 module series. $75 for masterclass on various culinary medicine topics or $150 for summer series. visit our website for details as we update frequently.
