At LDK, we teach Tang Soo Do, a traditional Korean martial art that builds confidence, discipline, and respect. Our classes are open to ages 4 and up, with a curriculum tailored to meet children where they are developmentally. Martial Arts is the tool we use to teach life skills, build confidence, and encourage goal setting. Young students ages 4–6 focus on listening, coordination, and concentration while engaging in fun martial arts activities that promote respect and self-control. As they grow, students ages 7 and older learn stances, kicks, combinations, forms, and basic self-defense. LDK classes are a perfect complement to homeschool education. We provide structure, physical activity, and valuable social interaction in a safe and supportive environment. In every class, children strengthen their bodies and minds while building a foundation of perseverance and character. Whether you're looking for enrichment, fitness, or personal growth, our Tang Soo Do program offers meaningful experiences your child will carry with them beyond the studio.
