We offer a unique blend of tutoring and coaching-based intervention for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade that goes far beyond traditional tutoring. Our sessions incorporate strategic enrichment interventions that address the social, emotional, and life skill development students need to succeed in and beyond the classroom. These enrichment topics are intentionally embedded into tutoring sessions to strengthen each student’s capacity to focus, persevere, relate to others, and manage real-world challenges. Social-Emotional Learning & Life Skills Development Our sessions are uniquely designed to integrate Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) principles with academic instruction. Students build essential life skills like self-awareness, self-management, communication, resilience, and responsible decision-making—all aligned with the CASEL 5 Core Competencies. These skills are woven into each session to support the whole child—academically, emotionally, and socially. Customized Enrichment Topics In addition to academic support, students explore topics such as: • Growth mindset and motivation • Coping strategies for stress and anxiety • Conflict resolution and peer relationships • Executive functioning and organization • Emotional intelligence and goal setting Parent Coaching and Home Connection To reinforce learning at home, we offer weekly resources, tools, and coaching strategies for parents.
