Community Stages – Theatre Arts for All the Stages of Life Community Stages offers Elective & Enrichment Courses in theatre arts for homeschoolers of all ages. Each 10-week term (Fall & Winter/Spring) provides creative, skill-building experiences designed to inspire confidence, connection, and self-expression. Our offerings include weekly Elective Courses in Performing Arts Local (acting, movement, and music) and Visual Arts Local (design, costumes, and props), as well as seasonal performance troupes and family-centered theatre sessions. Students explore drama lessons that build communication, leadership, and collaboration in a joyful setting. We also provide private voice lessons and performance coaching for singing, acting, public speaking, and college audition prep. Whether your student is preparing for the stage, building life skills, or seeking a creative outlet, our programs help them thrive. All programs are directed by Terry LeCompte and taught by experienced teaching artists who blend professional training with an understanding of homeschoolers’ unique needs. With diverse daytime and evening class schedules, most families can find a program that fits their week. For students seeking more tailored support, individual or small group lessons can also be arranged outside of class hours.
