Offering a youth enrichment program designed to build emotional resilience, confidence, and self-regulation habits. This course combines ICF-aligned youth mindset coaching with the practical science of acoustics and mindfulness. Students will explore how sound, resonance, and acoustic vibrations naturally impact the mind and physical body—specifically how specific frequencies can help calm the nervous system, reduce daily stress, and improve active listening. Using unique percussion instruments like crystal singing bowls and chimes, students will engage in an acoustic exploration alongside simple goal-setting, deep-breathing exercises, and focus-building techniques. This integrated approach equips students with both the scientific understanding of sound and the practical mindset tools needed to manage stress, enhance focus, and support their daily home-education routines.
