Food Culture Consultants, in partnership with Cornerstone Family Ministries, provides engaging nutrition education and hands on farm to table experiences that inspire children and families to develop lifelong healthy habits. Our programs combine gardening, cooking, and wellness education, allowing participants to grow, harvest, prepare, and enjoy fresh foods while learning the connection between nutrition, health, and the environment. Children gain practical life skills through age-appropriate cooking classes, gardening activities, and interactive lessons that encourage healthy eating, food safety, teamwork, and confidence in the kitchen.
