SWFL Ballet

Provider description

At SWFL Ballet, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we strive to provide high-quality classical ballet education based on the renowned Vaganova syllabus to students ages 4 and up. Our curriculum is carefully structured to support the harmonious technical and artistic development of every student under the guidance of highly qualified instructors. Training includes classes in classical ballet technique, variations, pointe work, pas de deux, character dance, and contemporary dance. Each level builds progressively, allowing students to develop strong fundamentals, proper technique, and expressive artistry. An introduction to ballet offers children numerous benefits beyond dance training. Students develop discipline, coordination, musicality, focus, and the ability to work as part of a team. These skills contribute not only to their growth as dancers but also provide valuable life skills that support future academic, personal, and professional success.
