Game Squad is a structured physical education enrichment program designed to improve students’ physical health, social development, and overall well-being through organized, instructor-led activities. Led by a certified Physical Education teacher with over 8 years of experience, Game Squad addresses a critical need among today’s youth—reduced physical activity and increased screen time—by providing intentional, movement-based learning experiences that promote lifelong healthy habits. Each session is purposefully designed to support whole-child development through a balance of physical activity, teamwork, and skill-building. Students participate in guided activities that enhance gross motor skills, coordination, agility, and spatial awareness while also developing essential life skills such as communication, cooperation, leadership, and self-confidence.
