The Little Gym provides structured, developmentally appropriate educational enrichment services for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs are designed to support physical development, executive functioning, social-emotional learning, and early cognitive skills through guided movement, instruction, and play-based learning. Instruction is delivered through a research-informed, curriculum-based approach aligned with pediatric developmental milestones. Lessons focus on improving gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, body awareness, listening skills, following directions, problem-solving, and peer interaction. Activities are intentionally designed to support attention, self-regulation, confidence, and independence—skills that directly support success in educational settings. Classes are led by trained instructors in a structured, safe, and supportive learning environment. Teaching strategies include modeling, positive reinforcement, repetition, and individualized accommodations to meet diverse learning needs. Children progress at their own pace while working toward clearly defined developmental goals.
