Rink Raised Academy
Rink Raised LLC
Provider description
Rink Raised Academy is a homeschool-focused youth roller hockey program serving families throughout South Florida. We provide small-group roller hockey training classes for children ages 5–10 in a positive, encouraging, and active environment designed to help students build confidence, teamwork, athletic ability, and social connection both on and off the rink. Our program combines physical education-style activity with structured hockey skill development, including skating fundamentals, stickhandling, shooting, passing, speed, agility, coordination, and overall fitness. We welcome both beginner and experienced players, including children looking to improve their current hockey skills or gain confidence before joining recreational league play. Rink Raised was created after many homeschool families expressed the need for more daytime youth sports and hockey development opportunities designed specifically for homeschool schedules and community involvement. Our goal is to create a supportive space where children can stay active, grow socially, and develop discipline, confidence, and healthy habits through structured physical activity. Services include: • Weekly youth roller hockey training classes • Small-group skill development • Homeschool P.E.-style enrichment • Beginner skating development programs • Speed, agility, and stickhandling drills • Confidence and teamwork building • Structured physical activity for homeschool students
