We offer Leadership Coaching and Debate for high school students. Leadership I is a 16-week semester designed to help students discover their natural preferences through industry-proven tools such as The MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory as they work alongside certified practitioners. Paired with the study and application of Sean Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens," this course helps prepare students for making important life decisions such as career, college, or tradesmanship. Leadership II is a 16-week program designed to equip students with real-life budgeting concepts in a culmination of an Economics of Life project and presentation of their future selves at 25, in their career and on their own! Debate is a 32-week program designed to teach and hold Formal Team Policy debates and Lincoln Douglas Debates which prepares students to defend their views and values in a structured and effective manner.
