Home Wellness for STEP UP High School Students is a welcoming, evidence-informed online program designed specifically for high school learners ages 14–18 to support physical wellness, emotional wellbeing, healthy routines, and resilience during the teenage years. Through engaging bite-sized lessons, practical activities, reflective prompts, and creative wellness exercises, students are guided toward building sustainable self-care habits both at home and in school. Rooted in the calming design philosophy of Homestyle Decorators, the program introduces students to the connection between environment, wellness, and everyday living. Students explore how peaceful interior spaces, calming colors, organization, lighting, texture, and resort-style design principles can positively impact mood, focus, productivity, and emotional health. Designed for high school students, the curriculum also includes inspiring snippets about careers in wellness, interior styling, hospitality-inspired design, lifestyle branding, AI creative tools, and creative entrepreneurship. Learners are introduced to future pathways in wellness-centered and design-focused industries while developing life skills that support confidence, creativity, balance, and personal growth. Inspired by peaceful resort-style living and calm spaces, students are encouraged to see wellness not only as a habit, but as a lifestyle experience that can be created within their own homes and personal environments.
