AVIV Jiu Jitsu is a world-class martial arts academy in Boynton Beach specializing in practical Self-Defense and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training for children and teens. Led by multi-time World Champions Ana Carolina Vieira and Hall of Fame Luanna Alzuguir, our academy teaches world-class Brazilian Jiu and Self Defense techniques. We offer high-quality Physical Education services through structured Jiu Jitsu, anti-bullying training, situational awareness, and confidence-building exercises. Our programs are designed to help students improve coordination, discipline, emotional regulation, and overall physical fitness in a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment. We serve children ages 4–15 through daily classes, after-school P.E. sessions, and seasonal camps. All classes are led by professional instructors with extensive experience in youth training, self-defense, and personal safety. AVIV’s mission is to teach kids how to protect themselves, stay confident, and grow into strong, resilient individuals — on and off the mats.
