Intensity Gymnastics is a vibrant training center offering gymnastics and movement programs for children of all ages and skill levels. We serve toddlers through teens with classes designed to build strength, coordination, confidence, and a love of movement. Our programs include toddler and preschool-age gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, boys tumbling, competitive tumbling, and a growing Xcel and Junior Olympic competitive team program. We also offer a Homeschool PE program focused on fitness, flexibility, and fun physical activity in a structured setting. At Intensity Gymnastics, we’re passionate about creating a supportive and safe environment where every child can thrive and grow—whether they're just starting out or training to compete.
