At Rilion Gracie Jiu‑Jitsu Doral, we provide structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for children ages 4–12 that support confidence, focus, coordination, and respectful behavior in everyday life. Our program is designed especially for beginners and homeschool families looking for a consistent physical activity that also strengthens attention, emotional control, and social skills. Classes follow a clear progression so students learn how to move safely, solve problems under pressure, and work with partners in a positive environment. Students practice balance, posture, self-defense fundamentals, and teamwork while developing discipline that carries into school and home routines. Instruction is led by experienced black belt professors with more than 30 years of teaching experience working with children and families in South Florida.
