Our 10-week Football Fundamentals program (2 classes per week, 60–75 minutes each) focuses on throwing, catching, agility, coordination, conditioning, and teamwork in a fun outdoor park setting. Classes are split by age (5–8 and 9–12) for safety and skill-appropriate instruction. Led by a coach pursuing Florida Athletic Coaching Certification and holding current CPR, First Aid, and Infant CPR certifications.
