Provider description

I provide individualized K-6 academic instruction focused on meeting each student's unique learning needs. My services include instruction in core academic subjects (reading, writing, math, science, social studies), social-emotional learning, executive functioning skills, and support for students with exceptional needs. My approach is rooted in differentiated instruction, hands-on learning, and creative, non-traditional strategies that help students build confidence and deepen understanding. I tailor each session to the child's learning style, strengths, and goals, using engaging methods that promote meaningful, lasting progress. Instruction is delivered in a one-on-one or small group format, typically in the student's home or a neutral location, where I create a supportive and responsive environment. I collaborate closely with family members to align instruction with their child's educational plan and learning goals. I also incorporate executive functioning practices, emotional regulation strategies, and individualized accommodations as needed. Overall, my services aim to support the whole child- academically, creatively, and emotionally- while empowering families to provide a personalized education that helps their children thrive.
