Provider description

As a certified Infant Swimming Resource® (ISR) instructor, I provide individualized, survival-based swim lessons for infants and young children ages 6 months to 6 years. Lessons focus on teaching children how to safely survive an unexpected fall into water. Skills are taught one-on-one and progress at each child’s pace. Depending on age and development, children learn essential self-rescue skills such as rolling onto their back to float, controlling their breathing, and progressing to the swim–float–swim sequence. My goal is to build confident, capable swimmers while giving families peace of mind around water safety.
