Since its start in 2007, YOGA-2-GO has provided therapeutic yoga and mindfulness programs for youth of all ages and ability levels! Owned and operated by a pediatric occupational therapist with over 25 years of experience, YOGA-2-GO offers on-site and virtual school enrichment programs for preK through 12th grade students, 1:1 private individualized yoga therapy, staff development/trainings and educational products for therapists, educators and parents. YOGA-2-GO specializes in yoga, sensory movement, mindfulness, mental health and community health for underserved and at-risk youth and their families and communities, bringing classes to clients and students both virtually or on-site at schools, therapy clinics, non-profit organizations, camps, churches, childcare centers and youth programs.
