Provider description

• Monitoring students’ completion of daily assignments. • Verifying the successful completion of predetermined goals and objectives as outlined in the online curriculum. • Engaging with parents via telephone, email, in-person meetings, or written correspondence to discuss any challenges or concerns a student may be experiencing. • Communicating with students and parents via telephone, email, in-person meetings, or written correspondence to discuss any assignments that may have been skipped, incomplete or did not master. • Confirm these assignments have been completed and mastered by each student. • Offer tutoring in all elementary school subjects, middle school subjects, and high school support includes English, History, and American Sign Language. • Tutor students individually or in groups, either in person, by video chat, or in a virtual setting. • Observe students using the online curriculum, when possible, to provide targeted feedback on effective strategies. • Assistance in preparing for quizzes and exams by o Supplying students with printed study guides, o Offering strategies and study techniques to support students in mastering their subject area. • Distribute supplementary printed worksheets as needed to support and reinforce subject matter comprehension.
