Product description

Build-A-Sentence is an engaging educational game designed to improve sentence structure, reading skills, and fluency. To play students spin the spinner and create sentences by piecing together word or phrase cards they collect. Each phase card is color-coded depending on whether it covers who, what, when, where, or when, allowing players to see how each Wh- question plays a part in constructing a full sentence.

The game includes two levels of play– Level One asks players to create sentences just using the Who, What and Where cards, while Level Two ups the ante by adding 20 When cards. As players compete to win, they are also practicing recognizing the difference between phrases and sentences, understanding the subject-predicate relationship, and using complete and varied sentences with adjectives and prepositional phrases. This game is ideal for learning centers, pairs, or small group play, supporting national English language arts standards.

Includes 140 word cards and game board with spinner. 2-4 players.

Recommended for ages 7 and up.

For more information please visit: https://nationalautismresources.com/build-a-sentence
