This fully online, self-paced course promotes active learning through engaging activities, games, and exercises that can be done at home or in the yard.</p> <p>In this Semester, students will explore the basics of physical fitness, teamwork, and motor skill development. From fun cardio exercises and strength-building activities to coordination drills and sports basics, this course helps children build healthy habits while learning the importance of staying active. Students will also develop important social skills such as cooperation, sportsmanship, and goal-setting.</p> <p>By the end of the course, your child will have a greater appreciation for movement, improved physical skills, and a fun way to stay active every day.</p> <p>Perfect for: Active kids who love to move, play, and learn in a fun, supportive environment—whether they are beginners or budding athletes.</p> <p>This is our Accredited Course version, which includes an official transcript and earned credit. This course is designed for independent learning and is not teacher supported or graded. Parents have the ability to grade assignments, view answer keys, and provide feedback to their child.
