Students will learn essential techniques, including knife handling, tool and equipment use, recipe preparation, and ingredient measurement. The course emphasizes proper food safety, sanitation, and industry-recognized best practices. Using virtual reality, students will practice preparing recipes while managing time, measuring accurately, and using kitchen equipment effectively.</p><p>Upon completion, students will earn a digital badge in Culinary Arts and be better prepared for the certification exam.</p> <p>This is our Accredited Course version, which includes an official transcript and earned credit. This course is designed for independent learning and is not teacher supported or graded.
