<p>Building on the concepts in Shurley from Grammar and Writing 3, students in this self-paced course will drill Shurley English jingles on a regular basis and use assigned practice sentences for the week, making sure that they master the concepts and parts of speech. They will also learn writing using the Institute for Excellence in Writing, beginning with the key word outline, writing from pictures, narrative stories and essay writing. The CD provided with the self-paced course will be used to practice Jingles and practice the Question and Answer Flow with homework sentences. Recommended for Grade 4. </p><br><p>Minimum age of 9 and maximum age of 12 on the first day of class.</p>
