<p>This fully online, competency-based Taekwon-Do course introduces students to the foundational principles and techniques of traditional Taekwon-Do. Guided by the core tenets of Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit, students learn from an 8th Degree Black Belt Grand Master and 9-time U.S. Open Grand Champion. Throughout the course, students focus on essential Taekwon-Do skills, including basic movements, patterns, blocking techniques, and kicking techniques.</p><p>Using virtual reality experiences and guided practice activities, students develop and refine their skills while building confidence, discipline, and physical coordination. The course is designed to help prepare students for their yellow belt test while providing opportunities to demonstrate competency through hands-on practice and assessment.</p><p>Upon successful completion of the course, students will have developed the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to earn a digital badge in the Art of Taekwon-Do and continue their martial arts journey.</p><p>This course includes 18 weeks of access to all course materials and resources.
