<p>This self-paced, online course provides a foundation in Early Childhood Education, preparing students for careers in early childhood education and related services. Students will develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors needed to support the optimal growth and development of infants, toddlers, and children. Topics include health and safety, cognitive, language, physical, social, and emotional development. Using virtual reality, students practice curriculum planning, room arrangement, lesson presentation, and engaging children in gross motor activities.</p><p>Upon completion, students will earn a digital badge in Early Childhood Education and be better prepared for the Early Childhood certification exam.</p> <p>This is our Accredited Course with Mentor Teacher Support, which includes an official transcript and earned credit.
