Product description
Resist! is a fast-playing, card-driven solitaire game where you step into the role of the Spanish Maquis, fighting against the Francoist regime through a tense series of increasingly difficult missions. Each round forces meaningful decisions as you commit valuable resistance members to operations, weighing short-term survival against long-term success, since failing to defeat missions and enemies can cost you dearly. At the end of every round, you must decide whether to end your resistance safely or risk everything by pressing forward for more points and greater impact. Educationally, Resist! builds strategic planning, risk assessment, historical awareness, and critical decision-making skills as players evaluate consequences, manage limited resources, and explore a powerful moment in history through immersive gameplay.
