<p>This fully online, self-paced course combines culinary arts and science through hands-on edible experiments. Students investigate scientific concepts by creating foods and snacks that demonstrate chemical reactions, physical changes, and scientific principles. This course is available for students in grades K-12.</p><p>Throughout the course, students explore topics such as heat transfer, chemical reactions, food properties, measurement, and experimental design. Students conduct edible experiments, record observations, analyze results, and create their own food-based science projects.</p><p>By the end of the course, students will have developed a collection of edible science projects while strengthening their scientific inquiry, observation, and creative problem-solving skills.</p><p>This is our Accredited Course with Mentor Teacher Support, which includes an official transcript and earned credit.
