<p>Available through OnFire Academy: Accredited Video Game Design II is a 100% online and flexibly paced course that expands on Video Game Design I. Using Blocksmith via the STEM Forged platform, learners learn advanced level design, character development, game mechanics, and interactive storytelling. Hands-on projects emphasize creating complex environments, enhanced animations, refined gameplay systems, and strategic design elements. The course develops critical thinking, problem-solving, and both technical and creative skills. Students complete a fully interactive game demonstrating advanced design principles and earn an official transcript and credit. This independent learning version is not teacher graded; parents can grade assignments and access answer keys. A Mentor Teacher option with instructor grading and support is available.</p>
