<p>This fully online, self-paced Veterinary Science course provides students with a strong foundation in animal care and veterinary practices. Through engaging lessons, interactive activities, and virtual reality experiences, students explore animal behavior, anatomy, body systems, nutrition, disease prevention, parasites, safety procedures, and general animal care.</p><p>Students gain hands-on experience in a virtual environment by practicing equipment identification, standard veterinary procedures, prescription handling, and other essential clinical skills. The course emphasizes both scientific understanding and practical application to prepare students for future educational and career opportunities in veterinary medicine and animal sciences.</p><p>Upon successful completion of the course, students will earn a digital badge in Veterinary Science and strengthen their preparation for the Veterinary Science certification exam.</p><p>This version of the course is designed for independent learning and does not include teacher grading or instructional support.
