<p>The Communicate Junior Game is designed to help players improve their social skills while also exercising their language and communication. After receiving their invitation to the pizza party, students will have fun answering social questions, getting tokens, and earning party food! </p><p>This game includes options to accommodate a variety of functioning levels and language skills. The prompt cards are designed to target 12 vital areas: Listening, Hygiene, Voice (Tone and Volume), Facial Expressions, Manners, Body Language, Ignoring, Conversations (Starting, Maintaining, and Ending), Following Rules, Sharing & Taking Turns, Time/Place, and Eye Contact.</p><p>After the game, players can the Group Processing Sheets to talk about how well they think their group cooperated. Two evaluation cards are available, providing options for a simpler or more complex response.</p><p>The Party This Way Barrier can reduce the size of the play area, letting players finish within a shorter period of time. Additional tokens, rules, and chance cards can be used to add even more variations, keeping the game fresh and engaging for students.</p><p>A helpful Reference Manual is included with instructions on how to modify the game as well as tips for helping students get the most out of the activity.
