Stories let us reflect on what motivates and moves people and how relationships are built and destroyed. By reading quality literature we learn about ourselves and how we relate to the world. In this course you will have many opportunities to analyze and reflect on literature and to express yourself clearly and powerfully in writing.</p><p>In <strong>English</strong> the 7th grade curriculum emphasizes composition skills and helps students express themselves clearly and creatively in writing. Students continue to develop their grammar skills through a detailed study of sentence structure and common writing pitfalls.</p>
