The All About Books Writing unit enables children to research and become experts on a forest animal or plant and then write their own book. Kids love being the expert and sharing what they know!<br>This unit walks you and your child through the process of researching and writing a book about the forest animal or plant of their choice. Children will learn about common features of nonfiction books (such as the table of contents, glossary, and diagrams) and then create these features in their own All About Book. Printable graphic organizers and templates for each page of the book make this unit easy to implement in your homeschool or classroom.
