Product description
The Digital Evaluation Board (DEB) is a self-contained circuit prototyping platform for students, educators, and technology enthusiasts. It enables hands-on digital logic design learning without the need for expensive lab equipment. Digital logic is the foundation on which modern computers are built. This course will help you get started with the DEB by guiding you through the construction of several circuits.

This course includes the Digital Evaluation Board project kit as well as a series of videos that walk you through some mini-projects designed to get you familiar with the DEB. You will first ensure the board is working properly, then you will explore how the 74HC86 quad XOR gate logic chip operates. In addition, you will reverse engineer the XOR gate circuit using Tinkercad to get an idea of what the DEB is doing inside its own circuitry. Finally, you will use Logisim, a logical circuit simulator, to get a more abstract view of what is happening!
