<p>This fully online, competency-based HVAC course provides students with a strong foundation in the principles and practices of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Through virtual reality experiences, interactive videos, and hands-on learning activities, students explore the primary responsibilities of HVAC technicians, including system components, troubleshooting techniques, and the operation of heating and cooling systems.</p><p>Throughout the course, students learn about basic electricity, air conditioning systems, heating and cooling principles, and fundamental copper and plastic piping practices. Safety procedures, technical problem-solving, and essential mathematical concepts are integrated throughout the curriculum to help students develop industry-relevant skills.</p><p>Upon successful completion of the course, students will earn a digital badge in HVAC, gain valuable career-ready knowledge and practical experience, and strengthen their preparation for the Level I HVAC Certification Exam and future opportunities in the skilled trades.</p><p>This course includes 18 weeks of access to all course materials and resources.
