Product description
The wide variety of prompts in this collection includes persuasive, descriptive, narrative, and expository writing tasks. Most prompts are on a single lined page, so you can simply print and hand off to your student. An additional lined page is included for longer writings. Sample activities include creating an acrostic poem, designing a playing card, imagining a robot, writing your own "I Have a Dream" speech, or writing a newspaper article about a mysterious theft. Nine prompts are seasonal, and three prompts include reference to the resurrection of Jesus (Easter), the words of Jesus, or a proverb from the Bible.
