The Florida Academy of Baking offers students of all skill levels a variety of options to take their baking, cooking and decorating skills to the next level. Learn everything from how to bake bread like grandma used to make, to the tips and tricks of decorating a cake like a professional- and best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make! Pastries, pies, gelato, tarts, cookies, entremets, and of course cakes and bread will all be demystified in our half-day and full-day classes and, if you’re looking for something more in-depth, join one of our 4, 6 or 8-week courses on specific subjects. Classes are available at our custom-built, state-of-the-art facility in Satellite Beach with each student having their own fully equipped workstation. Along with the huge variety of bread, cake, and pastry baking and decorating classes, our guest tutors will provide unique classes from international cuisines including Handmade Pasta, Caribbean, Asian, South American, and European specialties. We also host international guest instructors throughout the year that specialize in various cooking. baking, chocolate, and sugar art techniques.
