Hi, I'm Ms. Donna. I offer tutoring for students from many backgrounds and learning styles. I have extensive experience with neurotypical learners, neurodiverse learners, and ESOL (English as a second language) students. I have also helped students to cultivate a 'growth mindset' (if you have not heard this term, just search it!), and relaxation practices to calm the body and mind to prepare to learn new information. In private tutoring, I make every attempt to adjust the lessons and instruction to the interests and learning style of the student. I work with students 5-12 years or Kindergarten to 5th grade learning level. I also do art instruction and workshops for elementary and middle school students. Zoom tutoring sessions are available when meeting in person is not an option.
