Founded by Dr. LaShawn Proctor, Elevating Queens & Kings was created to disrupt cycles of underachievement and self-doubt by helping young people see their worth and walk boldly in purpose. Through mentorship, leadership development, and community partnerships, we focus on building strong minds, strong bodies, and strong character. Our Mission: To empower youth through education, mentorship, leadership, and wellness. Our Vision: A community where every young person sees themselves as capable, confident, and called to lead. This program is all about empowering our scholars from 3rd through 12th grade to reach their full potential. We believe in nurturing their academic, behavioral, and character development – what we call the ABCs. This program is more than just tutoring; it's about mentorship, guidance, and creating a supportive community where every scholar can thrive. We're building a brighter future, one King and Queen at a time."
