Marcio Cruz Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (MCBJJ) is a family-centered martial arts academy helping students of all ages build confidence, discipline, and strength—on and off the mat. We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts classes for children, teens, and adults, promoting self-defense, fitness, respect, teamwork, and discipline. Our After School Program provides safe, structured care with school transportation, homework and reading time, daily Jiu-Jitsu classes, and fun activities. Led by Professor Marcio Cruz, 6x World Champion and 6th Degree Black Belt, and Professor Ariana Cruz, a Black Belt with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and a postgraduate specialization in Physical Conditioning,, MCBJJ is known for its positive environment and focus on character development. Serving families in New Tampa and Carrollwood, we help students grow stronger, more confident, and respectful through the art of Jiu-Jitsu.
