We are a Sports TaeKwonDo School offering programs and classes to assists students in the process of developing their athletic skills, life skills, character, and self-defense abilities. All of our programs are based on 40 biblical principles of leadership to promote character development and improve the ability of making good decisions. We offer programs for kids and teens. Our classes are divided according to levels and belts to ensure skills are being learned adequately and progressively. See below: - HP Sports Program: The high-performance sports program is designed to develop elite athletes who can compete at national and international levels. - Basic/Adv: The basic and advance program introduces students to our core techniques using exercises that improve strength, flexibility, and overall physical fitness. -Leadership : this program is a more rigorous testing and criteria for advancement, potentially preparing students for black belt testing. Some key advantages of our physical Education Program are: • Physical Fitness: Involves a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises, which can enhance cardiovascular health, strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve balance and coordination. • Discipline, Obedience and Focus: Requires concentration and self-discipline, which can translate to improved focus and discipline in academic settings. • Self-Defense Skills: Teaches practical self-defense techniques, empowering students with confidence. • Others
