Flow Fitness Boutique offers engaging, age-appropriate movement classes designed to support children’s physical development, confidence, and overall well-being through structured, instructor-led fitness. Our Step-Up eligible kids programs include: Mini Movers (Ages 2–5) A play-based movement class that builds balance, coordination, and motor skills in a fun, supportive environment. Parent participation is optional for children who are independently potty trained. Mondays | 11:30–12:15 Mighty Movers (Ages 6–12) A dynamic fitness class focused on strength, agility, coordination, and confidence-building through age-appropriate exercises and active play. Wednesdays | 5:30–6:30 Program Pricing: Mini Movers and Mighty Movers are offered as a 6-week program for $120. Teen Access (Ages 13+): Ages 13–15 may participate in regular Flow Fitness classes with an accompanying adult. Ages 16 and older may attend independently. Teen participants follow standard Flow Fitness pricing. As our kids’ program continues to grow, additional classes and age-specific options will be added.
